Rifle Scopes KAHLES 624i

So this weekend I was shooting my rifle which has a Kahles 624i about 3 years old... I swear that when I was shooting the glass lost colors or seemed fogged or just didn't seem focused... Outside temperature was stupid hot with high Humidity and the air quality was not good. Looking through it now it looks fine..

Has anyone experienced something similar in high temperatures..

Am i missing something...?

Maybe you aren't used to the hot weather and was about to fall out.

Sounds pretty normal for those atmospheric conditions with what sounds like mirage from the barrel worsening the image quality further.

Just out of curiosity, did you take it from an air conditioned environment immediately to the heat or did you allow the scope to stabilize at ambient air temperature before using it?

No it was out of the car hours before temps starting climbing... Barrel was same as ambient temperature and I wan't getting mirage off of it.
