How to properly treat a judge!

Judge will walk and so witll the jack bottled thugs too b really they will be free to do this shot to citizens.

Stay armed my friends, defend yourselves.

This could be like a little focus group of sorts for these types of cases ?‍♂️?

Just based on the video, if you were a juror in this case, would you vote guilty or not guilty for Dui?

NY state DUI statute: http://ypdcrime.com/vt/article31.htm#t1192.

Also, based on the video alone, do you think the amount of force used to make the arrest was excessive?

Ok.
They should have let him go on his way the minute he said he wasn't getting out of the car.

Then we could argue about how cops fucked up when the good judge later wrecked and killed a family of 3.

Had they let him go, and then if he's in an accident, anyone care to guess who would have be liable knowing he was intoxicated but cut him loose??

At a point, the decision was made to arrest and the judge was refusing to comply. We can argue all day long about if it was right or wrong but on the side of the road isn't the place for that. Bringing up video of other incidents is off topic and serve no useful purpose. I can bring up video all day long of good cops doing good stuff.

This will turn into just another cop bashing thread. GOOD JOB!

Actually, it is a drunk bashing thread. It is also a thread about a leftist elitist judge driving around shit-faced and having the expectation that laws he applies daily to the peasants do not apply to him. If this drunken loser had squashed your child, would it still be okay?

Then it turned into a thread where Obama cronies ran to the judges defense and started cop bashing, as if being a drunken leftist put you above the law. I really like seeing the open borders crowd infesting a pro-gun website myself. In the end, they all revert back to their lefty ways in every argument.

Funny story,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,12 years ago a drunk piece of shit ran my Dad over and killed him on a public road in Florida. My Dad was legally crossing the road, drunk piece of shit felt he had the right to drive drunk. His priors included three other accidents listed as, "leaving the scene of an accident with serious injuries or death", a dozen DUI's, several "driving with false insurance documents or drivers license", several fleeing the scene of an accidents" and a cornucopia of other offenses. For more than 30 years democrats had been letting it slide because he "was only driving drunk".

Assholes still gave him a drivers license when he got out of prison. Honestly, fuck that drunk judge. Those cops could have took turns stomping his head until it exploded for all I care. The easiest way to tell a drunk is a drunk is exactly what that cop noticed, they are drunken assholes who know everything and their base "ass wipe" personality is in full view. That guy was a know-it-all prick and deserved everything he got. Being drunk does not do anything but lower inhibitions and allow the inner douche bag to reveal itself in full color, as it did when the good judge started running his mouth.

A lot of assuming in this thread.
He's a drunk POS that should not be driving? Really? What evidence is there that he was drunk? His poor driving? The smell of alcohol?
Maybe he was texting his girlfriend and had one drink with his meal?

Boy in blue handled this situation poorly. And the second one running from side to side? What was up with him? He looked like a rat looking for cheese.

For those that have thrown out the "What If he had hit your wife or children"..
How would you feel if the cop handled your wife or daughter that way? Someone spilled a drink on her at a party and she was talking to someone on the phone and the next thing there's some Jack Boot ripping her from the car?

Playing the "What If" card goes both ways.

Basically, if my wife or daughter behaved like this guy and resistrd, I would feel sorry for the cop. I would alao wonder how I could have married or conceived such a dumbass. Behave inappropriately to an instruction by the police and *YOU* own the consequences. Don't be a dumbass, and *then* if something goes awry, *then* you might have an argument.

In Indiana and many other states now there are laws related to the 'right to resist law enforcement" because it has become so corrupt. It is not the same as it was even 5 years ago and there are some very dangerous officers out there now.

Most of you don't know me but I am confident in my ability. I use to fight in the cage twice a week and when on the street I never rushed to create an altercation but instead used common sense and patients. I am not a bad ass but have been in some very tense situations along with being shot at twice I've had my face messed up and had to have a couple of surgeries but that's part of life sometimes. Got suspended for not carrying off duty during a stabbing incident on the South side of Indy at a McDonalds. I broke the guys arm and took the knife but he has already stabbed the other guy and his girl friend. My weapon was in the car.....I know AJ is going to rip me for that one but it happens. It was a heroin deal that went bad and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time just trying to get a biscuit. Spent the next 5 hours doing the dam probable cause affidavit and doing the supplemental report on my day off. What was funny is reviewing the video from inside and watching all the big truck drivers and men exiting the building. We still don't understand how that many big guys fit through that door at once!!lol

Back on topic; The judge wasn't going anywhere and the issue was the typical "contempt of cop" attitude that no agency supports. Most of you would not justify the use of force if this was your daughter coming home from dinner after one glass of wine. It's a different world today and so is the Hide. Just because he's a judge we tend to project anger over the justice system to the point we wish harm on others. I can't get into that but I bet if this guys remains a judge, he will have a different view of law enforcement after this encounter! You can attack me anyway you want because that means you are leaving other people alone and some of the shit said is entertaining since non of you really know me. Most of my friends are still in law enforcement and none of them act like the 2 in the video and their FTO in my opinion didn't do a very good job. A simple wrist lock would get the guy to comply if needed but throwing down on grandpa makes some feel empowered I guess.
