That is why in some cases and in some regions, people should just take the law into their own hands. When you know that an administration is crooked beyond reasoning, seeking help from them will only spell disaster for YOU. Living with the knowledge that your beloved child had been savagely abused and assaulted by someone is probably one of the most painful and inhuman tortures one can endure. Instead of letting myself be killed by this pain, I will try my damndest to transfer this pain to the motherfucker who was responsible and any other scumbag that tries to protect them and make them truly regret what they have done.

That is also why I do not understand why so many victims of despicable crimes choose to commit suicide. What is killing yourself, whether rapidly by using a weapon or slowly, with drugs and alcohol, going to accomplish? Make the motherfucker(s) who have done it to you suffer and die.
