    I just picked up a used Minox ZP 5 5-25 from someone on the hide. He didn't know that one of the windage set screws had fallen out. I total understand I would have missed it to. He offered to pay for a replacement. And to that he is one stand up guy Thanks.
    So I called Minox customer service in Texas and told them I was missing one of the screws. The lady on the phone said she had never seen that before but not to worry. She got my name and address and I was thinking I was going to have to send it in but no. I just received two set screws in the mail no charge and in less than a week. Now that is service.

    I had to pull a lot of a strings just to get them to look at my scope that was defective from the factory. Had the privilege of paying 250 dollars for it too. At least it’s fixed now. I got it back in 8 weeks. At least their quote time was accurate.
