Ladder Test Using Virgin vs 1x

I'm going to run a ladder test with my AI/AX with a 24" barrel in .260R. I'm going to use H4350, Lapua 139gr Scenars, F210Ms and virgin Lapua brass. Would there be an appreciable velocity difference between the virgin brass and 1x brass that has been fire formed to my chamber possibly affecting the node ?

not really. But I always verify the node in once fired.
