An offer is nothing. The seller has zero obligation to respond to your offer, and if someone else comes along and grabs the goods while you're trying to squeeze pennies out of an already good deal, ... well take comfort in your bliss.

Damn! Had no idea all this was goin on. Oh well. I received the upper and it loooooooooooks dayum good. I scan the hide about 400 times a day. Miss very few deals but do occasionally give a man (or woman) that calls seconds the right to buy it bc a lot of times I don’t really need it it’s just too good to pass up.
