The 9th Circus strikes again........

I'm glad the governor is fighting this. I think castration would be a lot cheaper.

Sounds like that's what he wants along with getting his dick cut off.

Maybe give him all the surgery he wants then make the transfer paperwork to the women's prison take an awfully long time to get worked on.....

fucking crazy. Get some lipo and face work done while you're at it.

I have cancer and no insurance. Should I go rob a bank. If I get away, I'll have enough money for my treatment. If I get caught, I'll have the state pay for my treatment. By the time I'm done w/ chemo and radiation, I'll be a free man. ?

When the hell did it become the governments job to buy you a vagina or pay for your "addadick2me" surgery? I enraged my leftist relatives when I said the military should not allow trannys to serve until they have completed the change. They melted down, never mind I had 27 years of service when I retired and they all have a combined ZERO years of service.

If you are in the middle of growing tits or chopping off your pecker or swapping in a pair of Teflon balls, then you are not world wide deployable, you are in fact useless. So you enlist for four years and contribute jack shit to the readiness, good order and discipline of the military. All you do is clog up the hospitals and use up resources with endless medical appointments, you cost tens of thousands in meds and hormones and you miss endless amounts of work. You make the rest of us have to work harder and deploy more often. Go get your pecker chopped off, grow some tits and then join up when you can deploy.

Same goes for convicts. Go rob banks until you can buy your own tits, Al Pacino did it for his boyfriend.

The Idaho parole board could beat the court at it's own game. Tell the inmate that they will grand the inmate a special 2 week compassionate release period during which he is welcome to pay for his own gender reassignment surgery. Condition of that parole would be that the inmate be under constant observation by department of corrections personnel and they have orders to return inmate to custody if the inmate tries to leave, or violate any conditions of parole.

That way, the state isn't preventing the inmate from the surgery. Inmate can have any surgery he wants to pay for, or can convince someone else to pay for during that compassionate release period. After the surgery, inmate returns to the appropriate institution to serve the remainder of the inmate's sentence.
