Savage Model 11 LH in 6.5 CM
Vortex Diamond Back Tactical 6-24x50
Harris Bipod

Consistently shoots < 0.5 MOA with 140 gr Hornady Black ammo.

Just ordered EGW 20 MOA scope base.

Future Plans:
XLR Element 3.0 Chassis
Shilen Stainless Bull Barrel (may change calibers when I do this)
APA Gen 3 Little Bastard, Stainless

Everthing is subject to change, but that is what I am budgeting for.

Hey All, Bo Here. Just joined this Forum a week or so back after having taken a class with frank and mile high shooting. Before posting up my build etc a little about myself.

literally bought my first gun a little over a year ago. HK VP9. from there i moved into other hand guns and classes then bought a 30-06 browning FN safari 1959. played with that a bit and then for some reason decided i needed to try my hand at PRS.

so i purchased a remington 700 magpul 22" 6.5 CM 1:8 at cabelas and started building from there. ordered a bunch of parts etc, put it together with a steiner 5x25 t5xi scope. shot maybe 20 rounds and signed up for Franks class with Mike at Mile High.

had a blast there but after decided i needed to up the scope a bit as beyond 800 it was a bit tough to see all things considered. so after the class i purchased the Kahles 5x25 k525i. took that to the range yesterday and zeroed (indoors at 100) it. looks like the gun is shooting great groups.

i took it again today this time with my own reloads. 140g ELD-match hornady with 40.5 g powder. didnt shoot quite as tight but still great and centered.

absolutely loving this sport and look forward to chatting with people here and at the ranges. im starting to consider other courses as well now :)

Savage 111, McGowen 24" full bull barrel, 7mm rem mag, tacticool stock (MDT Gen 2 on order) Timney trigger 2.5 lbs, Vortex Viper PST gen 1.
I maintain .6 MOA with it so far. the barrel is too heavy for the stock that it is no longer floated in the prone position. Mile high shooting just threaded the barrel to prepare the way for the Omega.
Had some good times out at Pawnee with that beast! Did you ever sell it?

Noticed that the 1st picture appears to be a Foundation Stock; if so, how do you like it? What is your experience with it? I am thinking of getting one, but wanted to see how others like theirs before making up my mind. Thanks.
Love my foundation. I’ve been running it for a year now favorite stock/chassis by far they just feel great. Actually about to start another impact/foundation build here soon.

This one started life as a Savage Model 12 LRP 6.5 Creedmoor and morphed into this. Only thing left is the action. MDT HS3, Criterion pre fit 26" Bull, Atlas bipod with spikes, EGW 20 MOA Base, Vortex Razor Gen II 4.5x27, Seekins Rings, Silencerco Omega. Pushing 147 ELD-Ms at 2720 ft per sec with 41.2 gr of H4350. Been hitting consistently out to 1175 yards and waiting on a friend to open his private range out to a mile.

Taking a minute between customer jobs to finish up my baby. Just getting this one back together. Rem 700 short mag action in 7 SAUM, 28" Bartlein Barrel, everything trued, Big bolt handle, Burnt Bronze and Graphite Black Cerakote, the chassis and some chassis parts have an aged bronze finish not really battle worn but lighter top coat and not as much wear off. XLR Element chassis, Atlas Bi-Pod, TriggerTech, SiCo Omega over a quick connect break Seekins Rail and Rings, Not set on Glass, ran a Vortex Viper get 2 while doing load development. 162' EDL-M's at 3,125 and single digit ES and SD, 180 ELD-M's at 2875 and singe digit ES and SD. Out to a mile I prefer the 162's, had better groups. Past a mile out to 1,975 the 180's edged the 162's out. Cant wait to get it back out there, plan on shooting out to 2200-2500 if it will make it there and do it consistently. I have a pretty good feeling it will.

I took my new 6 BRA out to the eastern slopes of the Sierras last weekend. I found my new favorite shooting spot...

Where I went shooting - only fired the 6mm at 700 yards, as I'm not through load dev yet, but had my 300 out to 1430:
