I had my XIT done by a professional auto body painter it turned out incredible. Just make sure to explain about which areas not to paint if they are not familiar with rifles

He does very excellent work, has done two chassis for me.
I'd just do it myself with krylon, unless you're looking for something fancy . Take a look at what can be done in the DIY threads about painting stocks. It actually holds up pretty well, my rifles aren't show pieces they get abused shooting off props and rocks.
