New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
Got a bushnell dmr 2 pro for my scar 20, but havent even shot it yet. Intial impressions I think the scope will do good, glass was better than expected and their warranty gives me a piece of mind.
There are just so many choices out there now its mind boggling. I don't wanna thread hijack. Will be watching to see other suggestions maybe help me choose for my 20.

I recommend you go and look through a bunch of different things. I make the mistake of buying stuff to test that I've never even touched and end up buying 3 different scopes before I find what I actually like.
Hawk- you're good, I'm sure what scopes get brought up in this thread will be able to help you. Primus suggested a March or Kahles, and I imagine in the higher power range, with a good reticle, would be insane on your 20.
Painterbolt- that's exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I end up doing that with most things. Buy the new shiny to try, and end up not liking it quite as much as I thought I would.
Bought a Bushnell Elite Tectical SMRS 1-8.5x28 today from CameralandNY. Spoke with a guy named Neil via phone and he was very helpful. I later spoke with someone I assume is the owner who was also very knowledgable. Glad I heard about them here and can't wait to get the scope in and mounted on the SCAR. I already have a Bushnell XRS II on my LWRC REPR and I absolutely love it.
I called them while ago, and the guy I talked to seemed to know his stuff. After a lot of thinking, and talking to Ilya, I ended up with the swfa ss 3-15. I've read they're tough as nails, and glass is pretty comparable to my friends vortex viper gen1.
I might move it to something else in the future, but so far I'm very happy with it, and the Seekins MXM mount I put it in.
