Looking for a 34mm mount to get my PA platinum running on a Scar 17. Would like to have QD functionality and have narrowed it down to these 3:

-BOBRO Scar Dual lever ($220)
-KDG Sidelok ($170)
-American Defense Recon S ($130)

Thoughts?

I have the ADM mount on my SCAR17. Its been fine, no issues. Im thinking of switching to a Scalarworks mount though. It would knock 3-4 ozs off the weight of the rifle and I need to put mine on a diet. I think its partly the light weight of the 17 that makes it so handy and the lighter the better-

Bobro makes an amazing mount. Any time I need a mount I look there first. 1 of my optics in a Bobro bounces between 3 rifles and all I need to do is turn the turrets to that rifle's offset. It's always the same and I love it.

another vote for bobro.
very good return to zero after taking it off and on.
can purchase with levers on left or right side, opposite of what side you like to run the charging handle.

/admittedly no personal experience with the other options.

David Merrill mounted his Vortex Razor HD 1-6 on his SCAR using our new 1.93" 30MM SPRM²

They're available now at griffinarmament.com or Optics Planet

for AR10 AR15 or SCAR 16s I use ADM and LaRue Mount, but for Hi power 338 Lapua Mag or SCAR 17s I will get something betier if I have one

I have the ADM Delta on my SCAR 17. In the past 9 years, I have broken two of the cross bolt screws and they were not overtensioned. ADM did send replacement parts at no charge but it was still an inconvenience. I have a Bobro QD mount on another rifle and it has been great. Of the two, for a rifle scope, I would go with the Bobro. I have a KDG sidelok on a red dot mounted on a 5.56 rifle and I will just say that it is okay but have not considered using it on the SCAR.

if I have only one rifle and one scope on SCAR 17s , I will get 2-10 ( or maybe 2-12 ) power scope if I get 2nd scope it will be ACOG , just for me :)

Ok. This is my first forum. Im just learning how these work but can see why people get on them already
yup, invaluable resources in these forums.
saved me a lot of money trying wildly different ammo because there are hundreds willing to tell you what they already tried.
found out scars tend to love cheap 145-150gr M80 ball ammo (for closer range plinking)
serbian PPU works great for me at a fraction of the cost of match grade ammo.

since i bought a rifle that could shoot beyond the limits of my experience, i came here to learn how to exploit it.
the results are me hitting 12" hanging steel at over 600 yards on my first try.
