What is going on has more to do with the results of mass immigration than swings in generational political ideology.
We now have state representatives on record suggesting the governor utilize the national guard to enforce new gun laws.
This also goes to show the mentality of those seeking to deny Americans of liberty. They see no problem utilizing our armed forces to strip of us of our rights.
With this mentality, we are no longer headed toward a tyrannical state we have already arrived.

Then we are within the Constitutional mandate to stand at arms and stop them. It had to be someone Virginia... I am glad it gets to start with you.
Two barely armed, drug addled, and mentally fucked up religious fanatics in New Jersey held up SWAT from numerous departments for hours a couple of days ago... Imagine what kind of psychops can be accomplished by just ONE battalion sized group of well armed men fighting using precision fire.
Remember, during the Winter War, the ratio of combatants was usually one Finnish sniper versus 50-100 Soviet soldiers, many units reinforced by T-26's and BT-7's.
If they want to head down this road, our brothers in arms both near and far will be willing and ready to take that stand!

I don't see using the National Guard as law enforcement working out for anyone. It's like they forget that the National Guard is largely comprised of citizens of Virginia that when they aren't actively participating in the National Guard they are:
1.Citizens that own AR-15's, pistols, shotguns, and other scary things that Northam wants to ban.
2. Are the same cops, deputies, and first responders that reside in counties that just gave the finger to Richmond.
3. Are law abiding, working men and women that reside in counties that just gave the finger to Richmond.
4. Have family members that own AR-15's, pistols, shotguns, and other scary things that Northam wants to ban.
And the plan is to then activate these people and order them to patrol VA communities in a role they weren't trained for, to enforce a law that I can assure you they fundamentally oppose.

EVERY gun owning Patriot should become an active member of ANY of the large firearms web boards. Many of my Virginia acquaintances are telling me that the MSM in the local area has been barely giving the 2A Sanctuary movement a peep. I told them to watch the Hide and the Bear Pit, where an official tally and latest updates and alerts BY THE SECOND will be posted. Whether upcoming county conferences, rallies, or new bills that the Democrat parasites are trying to slip through unnoticed.

Seems to me all there doing is adding a grandfather clause to the legislation that there proposing. If giving up your ability to acquire future weapons just so you can keep what you currently own is going to sway your mind on the legislation, then you don't deserve to have any weapons.

The words "to allow" pisses me off. They just ignore the part in the 2A that says "shall not be infringed". I will "allow" them to use their 1A rights.

My advise for all is to be very professional and articulate until there is no other option. My Congressman Rep. McEachin has said Gov Northam should call up the Guard if localities refuse to enforce the new laws coming from the General Assembly.
It seems more and more likely that some conflict will be inevitable as the liberals pursue their fight against our Constitution.

idk about virginia, but around here, the national guard guys are hunters and outdoorsmen, and most definately firearms enthusiasts. i can tell you to a certainty that the local infantry platoon, if ordered to confiscate firearms, would realize they they too, would have to surrender their own personal weapons if they did follow those orders. and that aint gonna happen. i cook barbecues for the guys every once in a while as their e7 is my very dear friend.
