I'm looking for a low mounting solution for my new 6x42 SWFA scope on my Tikka rifle. I've seen the Sportsmatch mounts and they look pretty good. I'm also very familiar with Talleys. Any other recommendations? I'd be open to a picatinny rail but am worried I won't be able to get the scope as low as I like.

Leupold makes a one piece 0moa mount. My SWFA 10x sits way low on my 700.

I know they’re not “cool”, but ive always liked the leupold dual dovetail steel rings. Pretty heavy duty IMO. Looks like they make them for Tikkas. I dont own a Tikka, but they have served me well on magnum Remmy hunting rifles. 8-40 adaptable as well, not sure what screw size is used on the Tikkas.
