Anyone running the send it level in prs? I have flatline ops now, but was wondering how popular the electronic levels are in competition.

I think as soon as the buzzer beeps you won't look at it until the stage is over.

If you actually use a level on the clock, yes, it’s beneficial.

If you don’t, well......

This is false. Where the level is located (in your peripheral vision of the non scope eye), it is completely obvious when you are level or not. I think every one should run levels, and the reaction time with lights is much better than trying to center a bubble.

I can tell you this; every single person that has tried mine, 100% have wanted one, and probably 70% have made the purchase. None of them have wished they didn't.

What he’s saying is that many people’s game plan goes out the window when the buzzer goes off. Which is true for a lot of a people.

Level doesn’t fix that. That’s a whole other issue the requires attention.

This.

However, I would think the LRA would have the benefit of providing instant visual feedback that a bubble level wouldn't, so perhaps it would be something that would be more useful "on the clock".

I have Tubb bubble levels on my rifles, but I find that I don't use them much, especially if I'm under the clock. I do find that I reference them occasionally if I'm unsure of my setup. Once I start shooting, I'm not finding myself going back to the bubble level reference. Perhaps seeing a red or green light in my peripheral vision would be helpful occasionally, but I don't see myself spending the money on an LRA level.

I can see the advantages of the LRA, but not enough that I would pony up to buy one at this time.

I crutch with one, it has helped me by showing me how bad I used to be with rifle cant. Now I'm usually level most of the time without referencing it, but it's nice to have in peripheral vision for a double check.

Good to know. I will order one. Did you mount to the scope tube verticality with their mount, or did you mount to the rail on the gun?

You're right, levels are awesome, put one on each side so you can see them twice as easily! ?

You are an angry little man. Do what you do buddy. Dont like a level, dont run one, but don't run around telling everybody that does how wrong they are. There are a handful of us out here in the world that can walk, and chew bubble gum at the same time.

I know quite a few great shooters that run levels on both sides........that way they can assure the rifle is level regardless of weak side or strong side.

What percentage of the 100% who tried yours and wanted one, and were part of the 70% that made the purchase, bought two?

But do they use them under the clock?

Not being argumentative, serious question. There are pics all over the place of top shooters under the clock and you can see their bubble is canted.

I think they are good when used. But that’s the kicker for most people it seems.

Depends on the stage and situation.

2 MOA target at 400 from barricade? Probably not using level.

1-1.5 MOA target at 1000 from prone? I’ll take a second to make sure I’m level.
