I think maybe or for the price difference a lot of guys may not be pursuing them like the hybrids or elds? Just a guess I don’t really know

They’re really expensive for a small improvement.
My 260 loves the 147’s and I’m not gonna double bullet cost for a small improvement.
We only have 110 6mm and 135 6.5mm available out here at the moment in the A Tip.
I normally use the 143 ELDX but guess what, none till March!
So i'm going to try the 135 A Tip.
Yesterday at the range the 147 ELDM was hitting the target and making banana shaped holes, had 6 in a row explode on the way to the target.... So i'm looking for something new.

There was a known bad batch of those. My partner was shooting them in a PRC in a team match. Craziest thing you've ever seen watching trace disappear mid flights. Its since been fixed according to Hornady and new bullets were sent to my partner. Not sure how that would work down under.
Personally the juice isn't worth the squeeze for these atips but to ea their own. This same thing was hashed over when JLK raised their prices to nearly 60c and now the atips are more! ha. Hard pass.
