Snail type bullet trap

1/4” mild steel, good for 22 lr and most pistol. Only bullet tried so far is 357 sig reloads at 1200 fps.

How much does that weigh? I need one for my yard, .22 only.

i haven’t weighed it but around 80 to 100 lb, it took most of a 4x4 sheet and 14” of 6” pipe. If you make the sides like my top and bottom , it would be a little lighter. This was my first, i did it simple.

Thanks, i’m glad to know 14 ga works for rimfire. Do you know what the angle is?

I have one of those by another name, it’s best one for the money but a little small for me. And it looses a little splatter.
heres my finished product, it’s 35 degree angle.
