Are you Canadian? They're a Canadian company. I found their prices higher than other retailers, so I have only bought a few accessories from them. Nothing negative on my part, just straightforward transactions.

No American here, but they have one particular item I want a little cheaper than everywhere else that I know of.

Ok, just wanted to make sure in case you ended up paying more in the end because it's from out of country. I was fortunate enough to not need any kind of customer service on their part, and I don't remember any other issues with shipping so that must have gone smoothly too.

Have in the past, purchased MDT scope rings. No issues with them.

They have had some issues. It seems almost like they drop ship stuff a lot. Get them to send a picture of it if you want something.
