Rifle Scopes Need an optic for a B&T APC308

Just a regular Joe not going into combat unless the zombies come (sooner than later I bet) Anyways, probably be punching paper mostly, but would like to keep my options open for a trip to Thunder Ranch's rifle class if we get out of this lock down. I was leaning towards an Elcan 1.5-6 or maybe the Trijicon Credo 1-8 Dont want to spend more than $1800. Any suggestions?

I've found that 1.5X really does not do you any favors in close. Get an optic with 1X capability for your purposes, like a low power variable scope with "1X-" in the description, an Elcan Specter DR 1X-4X if you like that format, or even a good red dot sight.

I don't have any experience with the 1-x Kahles/Swaros but they have great reputations and are worth a look.

Razor 3 would be awesome but out of my price range at this time.
