Newbie - Remington 700SA w/Magpul Hunter stock

(First) Sorry if this is a common question. Ordered parts separate.

Question is. What screws into the action are being used? Ordered what are suppose to be stock length. The front screw measures total 1.184 and 1.075 ish to the taper once inserted feels to only grab a single tread. Now as stated above (Newbie) but considering the load and vibration this will see. Definitely doesn't seem right?

Agreed. But since parts purchased separate. Don't have to factory screws.

I build rifles for a living. I buy and fit stainless steel 1/4x28 Torx head screws with every rifle that I build. I also include a 1/4" deep socket with a Torx bit glued into in for the customers to use with their torque wrenches.

Did you ever figure this out? I have run into the same issue. Factory screws are way too short. Ordered the replacements with hex head from Brownells and they were too long. Cut them down and they still do not fit because the shank of the screw will not allow the screw to go any deeper.

Bit confused on what to do.

IN CONCLUSION:
For an old ADL, the Red Hawk Rifles screws did the trick. I had an issue with the neck of the Brownell's screws being too long. I did have to shorten the Red Hawk screws slightly (as expected) but they fit well.

For those who go down this path in the future, this was a helpful video on how to easily shorten those screws. I found it easier to cut with a Dremel, but there's some good info in here:

Fellows, Torx screws/bolts are not some magic thing that can only be found at the Remington Factory in Illion, New York or Brownell's mail order department. They are a spec'ed item. Any decent hardware store or even big box hardware stores sell the Torx bolts that will fit your rifle. They have the correct tensile strength, come in various lengths and hold together just fine. Proof. They are holding this XP-100 though a couple of decades including thousands of rounds both in practice and competition.
