Muzzle Brakes designed for a 30 used with 6 and 6.5mm any perfomance loss?

Looking at adding some APA Little Bastards III's to a few barrels I have. Wondering if I should just get the 30 and use it on the 6 and 6.5 mm's. Any loss of performance? It would be nice to just get the 30's and use them on that and anything smaller. Are you better off getting the 6.5 for 6.5 etc?

I did the same a while back. I bought a 30 cal to use on my 6.5. I ended up buying a .308 and am using it there but that's beside the point. You'll be good.

thanks guys.. I'll stick with the 30's and use them for all calibers. I'd hate to have accidentally installed a 6mm on a 30!

I had a Griffin Armament minimalist taper mount .30 cal brake on my 6.5 creedmoor for a couple years. I got a good deal on the same model 6.5mm brake, so I swapped it out.

No noticeable difference whatsoever.
