H4831/H4831SC Data

I'm certain this has been asked before, and if it belongs in the "stupid question" thread, I'll own that. Can H4831 data and H4831SC data be used interchangeably? I have some load recipes that list one or the other. I have some of the short cut, and would like to try it, but the load I'm working up lists std H4831. Just wanted to be sure.

I swapped them a about 5 years ago I think and they were really close.
like 20ish or less fps
