Your listing was removed: Firearms and accessories policy

    Hello Badfinger,
We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Firearms and accessories policy. Firearms are not allowed. Listings for allowed firearm parts and accessories must follow strict guidelines.
What activity didn't follow the policy
You listed a part/accessory that we've identified as intended for use with a firearm that eBay considers to be an assault weapon. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site, but we must ask that you please not relist in this case.
What you need to do next
You can't relist items we've ended. Please ensure your current and future listings follow this policy.
    What is the policy
    The following are not allowed:
    - Firearms of any type
    - Parts and accessories for assault weapons, including blueprints and instructions
    - Any part or accessory in violation of local law
    - Firearm receivers, even if incomplete
    - Ammunition for firearms, including bullets, cartridges, casings, shells, and hulls
    - The following firearm accessories are not allowed:
-- Frames, kits used to create a firearm, flash suppressors, silencers, sears, high capacity magazines that accept more than 10 rounds (even if they have been modified to accept fewer), magazine extenders, bump fire stocks, grenade launchers, and pistol conversion kits
    - The following accessories for semiautomatic pistols are not allowed:
-- Barrel shrouds, forward pistol grips, and threaded barrels
Listings for firearms parts and accessories that we allow must follow these guidelines:
    - The listing must clearly identify the part or accessory being sold as well as the type of firearm it fits (“type” can mean general use and not necessarily brand or manufacturer). For example, “This part can be used with bolt-action rifles."
    - The item must be listed on the US site (eBay.com) and offer domestic shipping only
    - The item must comply with California state law - opens in new window or tab
Examples of allowed firearm parts and accessories:
    - En bloc clips
    - Barrels (exceptions: shotgun barrels less than 18 inches and rifle barrels less than 16 inches are prohibited)
    - Bolts
    - Choke tubes
    - Cylinders
    - Firing pins
    - Hammers
    - Slides
    - Trigger assemblies
    How this affects your account
Because you may not have been aware of this policy, we're sending this notice to educate you about it and ask that you follow this policy in the future.

    - Listings that didn't follow this policy have been ended.
    • We have credited all associated fees except for payments processing fees and the final value fee for your listing(s).

Listings that don't follow this policy in the future will be ended. In addition, there will be a temporary 3-day restriction placed on your account, and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period. All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
    Why we have this policy
We take our role in community safety seriously, and in accordance with government regulations and international laws, we prohibit the sale of certain weapons on eBay.

Sadly This is what the world had come to. We have allowed liberalism run rampant and unregulated. This is proof they are intolerant of anything they can't comprehend or are told not to. I have stated this before on the hide, liberalism is the cancer that will kill America. It is our fault for not standing up and treating them like the children they are. Instead we have given them free reign to to run things as they wish. All great empires have been destroyed by the same means....you would think we could remember history and not make the same mistake......but NO!

Please call any leftists out in your everyday life. I understand that it may be uncharacteristic of some of us as we much prefer to worry about our selves, but now is the time. Let them know exactly what they are. This I promise.

I'm waiting for the scathing letter you're gonna send them. If you don't say really bad things to them in answer to this, you're a sissy. :ROFLMAO:

eGay pushed my buttons a long time ago. I said bad things to them. REALLY BAD THINGS. Then I got perma booted. Best thing that ever happened to me in regards to eGay experiences......

    FUCK eGay.

    Is this still available? ;)

Substitute “progressivism” for liberalism please. The root of liberalism is liber, which means “the free one” I.e. classical liberalism. The democratic party has completely corrupted and bastardized the word liberal and it’s fucking disgusting

    Wow, they'll even take punitive action as below;

They tell me that the Sig Pistol Brace was removed from my listings because it is a part for use on an “Assault Pistol”. Same reason they closed my account for 30 days when I had the stupidity to advertise my m-1 carbine mags at their true capacity. If you wonder why all the carbine 20 And 30 round mags are called 10-rounders, now you know. Try to get that message across to a bunch of 3rd world English as a second language shitheels. They just ignore anything you email them

eBay use to be super solid for selling items. 99% of all my reviewed sales was for AR parts or selling scopes when I wanted to try something different. I received the same message probably a month ago when I sold a Super SCAR trigger, but fortunately the sale had already processed. (Had no idea eBay I have become so picky on what you could sell)

You probably used the evil term "FAL" in your description. It is politically correct if you referred to "the top cover of the 7.62 rifle that the free world used for 50 years". Then, the snowflakes wouldn't know what you were talking about.

I stopped using flee-bay when they started taking 13% out of your shipping charges.

Ebay is a fucking joke. Aside from being anti-gun, their seller fees are outrageous.

Back when I used to sell stuff their, I had several ads removed that merely mentioned AR-15 in the ad. As in "this part fits an AR-15" was enough to get the ad yanked.

Im waiting for the boot now. Cocksucker ordered a turntable, I shipped it to Canada, and he changed his mind, said it was damaged because there was a small scuff on the outside of the box. I agreed to take it back and refunded him his money less shipping. EGay fucked me and awarded him shipping in both directions, around $350. I sent him a really nasty note (waiting for the bood to drop) and have filed to get a refund but they always favor the buyer. Unfortunately I have a shitload of other stuff worth over $50K so I may have to swallow their shit. Arrrgggghhh.

At least I learned my lesson, partly anyway, and have specified that the for expensive stuff I will not accept Paypal, has to be Bank Transfer or cash at pick up. No goddamned refunds.

Ah-hem - the correct term is "right arm of the free world".

eBay's fee structure sucks. But the alternative is selling on some of the forums where there is a fraction of the traffic and 90% of the inquires are something like "hey man, I just got laid off and the ex-wife is asking for more money and my kids need braces - is there any possible way you could give me an unreasonable discount on this completely unnecessary thing I wish to buy?" [note: this isn't aimed at the Hide community]

eBay specifically singles out and prohibits “assault rifle” parts in their rules, as well as requires anything listed to be California legal. Why do any of you use their services? Sites like this don’t want us there unless you will submit to their segregationist rules and pay them handsomely for it. Don’t be part of the problem, don’t be a Fudd, and definitely don’t give them your money.

What you say is true, but they largely have a monopoly, or at least reach the largest audience.

its an easy fix stop spending money on ebay or create your own to compete with them and sell discounted firearm parts to pick up the business they are going to loose its a win win ebay get what it's share holders wants , you get to make money , the world keeps spinning around just like walmart if they don't want to sell those items it is no sweat off my brow i can just take my money and shop else where I am sure brownells or one of the other companies online will be happy to accept my money and yours . Even a data base of who has what parts for sale could net you some money and you would not need a warehouse or storage capatal just sweat equity and time . Either way the sun will come out tomorrow throw away the cobwebs and the sorrow lol .

I don’t punch the ticket for a dem if they’re the only name on the ballot, and I don’t use eBay even though they’re the biggest game in town. I also don’t use Amazon, and they’ve by far taken over the online sales market.
