Is the manfrotto painted? Does it affect the function at all? Do you have the quick release plate for a sporting scope or camera?

Yes it is painted no the paint doesn’t affect the function. I will take the quick release plate off the hog saddle and send it with that manfrotto for whoever buys it.

I think it is but I’m not 100% on that. Where the Model number should be it got painted over. If you buy it and it doesn’t work for you just pay to send it back and I’ll refund you your cash.
