Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
An organized insurrection, whatever the reasoning behind it, is just as illegal no matter who contemplates it.
The point is, are the laws always reasonable and valid anymore?
For a lot of the part, no; not if you go by the Constitution.
So is obeying the law the right thing? If it isn't; then the rule of law is already abrogated, by the legislators themselves.
When obedience is unjust, disobedience is the duty. That is the reasoning behind these insurrections, and it's just as true for both sides of these questions.
Just understand how big a step you're getting ready to take.
Big steps should carry big consequences. Right now, they haven't been, but that's not going to be true forever.
Fooled us once, shame on them.
Fool us twice?
You sound like a smart man Greg but please tell me where I or anyone else used the term "organized insurrection"? I was very clear on our local guys getting together to talk about what we can do as a group to network with one another and others across the country in the event things go south.
If protesters can burn, loot and beat people I'm pretty sure I have the right to discuss what I need to do to protect my family or others if the need arises.
