Anyone know how hard it is to get in touch with desert techs warranty department? I call but get answering machine. I sent an email already I'm just wondering with the whole covid deal if anyone had any experiences. Thanks

Oh that sucks. Well...they haven't posted jack since April on their Warranty Page on FB...so who knows...
