Adjusting the B14R trigger

Just picked up my B14R. The manual does not say how to adjust trigger. How do you adjust the trigger? I will replace it soon, but just want to shoot it now.

Back the set screw out or take it off . That is as low as it will go .

Take it completely out. Will anything fall out?
