Getting more and more out of control

my old bronco loved speed bumps blm and antifa are just another bump in the road if it came down to them or me and my family . an old railroad cattle catcher would be a nice attachment for a truck if a truck could hold it .

I know its not funny but an industrial wood chipper attachment to the front of a truck would be a messy an antifa / blm crowd
this is only a snow blower bet it could make a mess of them .

Oh it's illegal.
Just nobody doing a damn thing about it.

Those people wont do thier jobs.
We are on our own.

And then they get upset when we protect ourselves.

WTF?

This has been in the works for a long, long time. Decades. Our government, our courts, the education system, the media, have all been infiltrated by communists.
Shit Stain Obama was their greatest success . Clinton was supposed to be his successor. Trump fucked up their plans and they are pissed.
I never figured the Boogaloo would be started by a 17 year old in Kenosha, WI... yet here we are.

17 yr old....scrubbing graffiti, tending to the injured with his med bag, balls of steel, actual chops with a car_bean; tags and bags a pedo + another felon, and graphically disfigures a 3rd felon in possession......story and situation is bullet proof self defense - even if he get's the Flynn treatment for a bit, bet Mr Wood can cover that, Atticus Finch style

Almost like watching a movie...

Anyone else remember when carjackings were getting out of control in Florida. Thugs were staking out car rental lots and following tourists around until they got an opportunity to carjack them.

Then Florida passes 776.013, which legalized the use of deadly force to defend an occupied vehicle.

For about a year there was a sudden increase in the number of shitheads killed while trying to carjack someone, then the problem evaporated.

Maybe we need a federal statute that prohibits states from prosecuting anyone who shoots a looter.

so that can be used in riot situations, being surrounded in your car with a angry mob. Correct?

It's a Florida statute, so it only applies in Florida.

The way I read it, you can use deadly force against someone who attempts to gain entry into an occupied vehicle or attempts to remove someone from an occupied vehicle.

"(a) The person against whom the defensive force was used or threatened was in the process of unlawfully and forcefully entering, or had unlawfully and forcibly entered, a dwelling, residence, or occupied vehicle, or if that person had removed or was attempting to remove another against that person’s will from the dwelling, residence, or occupied vehicle; and

(b) The person who uses or threatens to use defensive force knew or had reason to believe that an unlawful and forcible entry or unlawful and forcible act was occurring or had occurred.

Part 4 was an excellent idea, and goes directly towards (b) above.

(4) A person who unlawfully and by force enters or attempts to enter a person’s dwelling, residence, or occupied vehicle is presumed to be doing so with the intent to commit an unlawful act involving force or violence.

Another interesting legal factoid here in liberal WA State.

From RCW 9A.16.040:

Justifiable homicide or use of deadly force by public officer, peace officer, person aiding—Good faith standard.

Starts off with: (1) Homicide or the use of deadly force is justifiable in the following cases:

Scroll down to number 4.

(iv) To lawfully suppress a riot if the actor or another participant is armed with a deadly weapon.

So you can verify that I'm not full-of-shit:

in my opinion, what is going on now is like throwing everyone into a really big prison yard, and forcing them to pick sides. so far there has only been little fights, but if the entire yard breaks out because the prison guards don't or can't stop it from happening, it will could be bad. i hope calmer heads prevails and the democrats call off the dogs before it is too late.

Gaurd dogs on vaca.

No doubt you are on your own now days.

Too many places have had no protection from and no reprecusions to lawless acts. Don't count on any help.

The way I figure it is if your not part of the solution you are the problem.
Dont think your above it.

Stop harboring / protecting criminals.

My state has essentially the same law.

Maybe not coincidentally, no one has tried to pull anyone out of their car here.

It will be the last thing they do on earth.

You see, this is what pisses me off about the 'right'. It's all half measures and posturing. If you really mean it, that guard would have a dedicated car battery wired to it as per the design. In south africa, they have flame throwers on the underside of cars to deter car jackers.

Go big or go home...

please post a how to video, I will do it in a heartbeat

I’m beginning to think I need to upgrade my carry weapon to a AR
I don't have an AR pistol, but I think that is the way to go. I can carry the pistol in the vehicle loaded and ready. Cannot legally carry a loaded AR carbine or rifle. So you have a pistol handy with 20 or 30 round mags.

I was thinking that @ 120 mph, the bumper would work better than electrics or flamethrowers anyway.

Only 120 because that's about as fast as a Hemi powered 3/4 ton will go.

There was a rapper named JT Money that was a little successful in the late 90s from FL. The JT stood for "Jacking Tourist" Money bc back then, as you said, that was damn near a prevalent revenue stream. So what you're saying is 100% true.

why can’t you carry a full size rifle? Where is this illegal?
There are many states where a handgun carry permit does not cover a long gun. Thus the popularity of AR "handguns" equipped with a "arm" brace, only shouldered incidentally😁.

Need to upgrade the engine then... my one ton Dodge diesel will do 125. Only takes a 1/4 mile and 11.2 seconds to get it there as well. ;)

And if I don't have time/distance on my side, an 8000 lb truck with 2000+ lbft of torque is a pretty irresistible force.

You don't know that. 😆

But, if I weren't, it also says, "person aiding". It doesn't specify what that person needs to be aiding. Kyle Rittenhouse was aiding local business owners.
