6.5 CM Hornady 130 ELD VV Powder

I did not come across load data for 130gr ELD in combination with VV 550/555/150/160 powders. I know Erik Cortina is using VV, but overall it is difficult to find load data for less popular projectiles if you are reloading with VV.

Agreed. Have you tried the SWAG method? I have had success finding starting load by taking the middle ground between 2 popular bullets.

It's the not optimal concept to start with. It's better to start off by asking more experienced colleagues at SH to see whether they could share their insights. Swag is the option of last resort.

I would go with Bryan Litz's method. I would go as far as the limit of over-pressure. Than I would substract 1 grain and start exprerimenting with the seating depth.
