Trump likely could withhold or suspend federal funding for any agency not in compliance with his directive - at minimum it end up as a very public topic

as for who has/had her "emails", almost all email systems are backed up and archived for some period of time.
any email she sent or received also existed on other servers and clients at one time.

but we know durham has already convened a grand jury.
we know some have lawyered up to fight having to testify, and durham is not in control of these timelines.
