Oh really?we ain’t slaves. They need to be reminded of that.
Oh really?
We may not want to be slaves but we most definitely are for the oligarchy and parasite/welfare/.gov class
Those will be gone next and the gov has records.Wheres the guy that always says, "I'm glad I just got mine as SBRs".

More detailed information to their latest unlawful power grab.
.... and the ones that are stupid enough to apply for a stamp...
Maybe they were planning this all along when ATF backed off the their prohibiting shouldering of the thing that goes up.
Let the pistol become the most popular Ar15, AK on the market and then pull some chickenshit reversal to tax them. Cha-ching.
It not only would make the gov. a lot of money, it would make brace owners that didn't comply overnight felons and the ones that are stupid enough to apply for a stamp get on the first list of confiscations when the time comes.
I'd be very surprised if the ATF reversed it's stance on pistols and required a SBR stamp without requiring the applicant pay the current $200.00 fee. If they want owners to just register them for 'free' I'd be even more justifiably paranoid of their motives.I'm not so sure on the tax part, registration maybe.
There is already precedent on reclassification. The "Street Sweeper" and two other shotguns were reclassified as destructive devices in 1994. Existing owners had to paper them but there was no tax, they got a free stamp. Subsequent transfers would require paying the tax.
The bumpstock deal was different in that there is no new manufacture of MG's for the great unwashed and these didn't exist prior to 1986 so there was no amnesty for them.
Preparing a list of BS in case Joe Blow wins.
Change my mind.

There is an earlier precedent set by Murdock v Pennsylvania a that it is unlawful and unconstitutional to tax or require a liscence of that which is a right. Good thing they sign that Patriot act into law, without it they might still be bound by the Constitution.I'm not so sure on the tax part, registration maybe.

F-the GovernmentThose will be gone next and the gov has records.
My boat sunk. I think I saw pieces of it coming out of the bottom side of the dam after it'd produced some power.Looks like I'm going out on the lake again this weekend... Anybody else gonna be out there?![]()
You know it just hit me that they are wanting to make these AOWs, not that I agree with any of it, but an AOW stamp is literally $5, not $200. Or are they trying to say that in its current imported form these pistols are AOWs and that in order to use a brace you do need to pay the $200? They don’t even know. If I could register them for $5 tho and roll on as is, with no wait and still run the brace, again not that I agree with it, but that’s not as bad as I initially thought.
If you think it’s about money then you don’t see the issue. It’s about government over reach, more infringement, and registration. That’s the issue, fuck the money, ain’t too many poors around here. I think most here would pay double or triple the tax stamp cost for their suppressor transfers to not take 9+ months.
Long and short of it , this is a Registration Program. You know it just hit me that they are wanting to make these AOWs, not that I agree with any of it, but an AOW stamp is literally $5, not $200. I see that’s just for the stamp. You still got to pay the $200 tax. Clearly I have no AOWs, only SBRs. Wait, I wouldn’t be creating one tho as by their definition I would have bought one which means it would literally be the $5 stamp. Hmmm...yeah they ain’t got a clue.
