To answer your question absolutely nothing. I'm sure significant ballot harvesting has already occurred and will continue until Biden "wins" Pa.

For reference, 1.6 million D ballots sent with an 84% return rate......that's a LOT of mail in ballots:

Both Trump and Biden have spent a disproportionate amount of time campaigning in the battleground state.
