If Biden becomes President I don't see him lasting long. A lot of people are speculating that he won't be president and will transition out so Harris can take charge. But I have a different theory. I think his own will take him out but of course they will try to blame those on the right. I am sure we will see a high turn over of the next three presidents. Harris will also be a transition President. There is a power grab going on among the left. Since now the left have essentially eliminated any legal voting and have a monopoly on the power on who controls the Executive Branch and the country. These groups who are vying for power usually experience an initial high turn over rate in leaders. In fact I think things will change so radically and in a short period of time that we will see the Legislative and Judicial branches become non existent. You might think no way this will happen. However, this is what happens in countries that are in the midst of government change.

He'll likely say something way out there to some dignitary that shows his mental health is failing and for the good of the country resign, he won't get the 25th amendment treatment to save face, and Harris will take over as president.
