Check with @Cjwise5, that's him in the video. The rest is a Hog Saddle Mod 7 but I'm unsure of the tripod.

The tripod was something Josh at HogSaddle gave to me. I'm fairly certain they are not commercially produced. Might be worth a phonecall over there and ask him. Sorry, no more info than that.
