I broke my teeth on bottleneck rifle cartridges with .223 Remington after thousands of pistol rounds. It's a whole 'nother ballgame. Only had case head separation once. Measure chamber and cartridge headspace and watch carefully how much you bump those shoulders back. Do it right and you'll get plenty of loadings on your brass. Get a little complacent and you'll be venting a lot of hot gas inches from your eyes.
I'm using benchmark power 23.1 gr
Seated too 2.223. Bobs bullets 55gr.copper plate. Feet per sec 2716. I don't know what you think of this, but i use small pistol primers!! Can't find rifle primers. Haven't had a problem. Nssd too up power load. Would like too find h332 and try. Ram boy

Sorry, I have limited experience with reloading 223 and have not used that powder or bullet. Hopefully someone with experience will chime in. You might want to post a more specific thread in the reloading forum on that topic, to get more eyes.
