I went with a 5” Henderson Precision mount. It’s pretty solid for what I needed it for. Bought 2 of them.

do you have a measurement on the total forend length?

ive used Henderson precision rails with good results and would like to get a full length one. I’m assuming you went with the “chassis” hardware?
