March Hunting 1-4x24?

Does anyone own a March Hunting 1-4x24, D4V24IML? I'm looking for a 1-4 for a shorter range hunting rifle (under 200) and I'm curious about how March scopes stack up with other high end scope brands.

No idea on the March but the gold standard 1-4 has always been the S&B shortdot.

Its 2020. For the same money or less you can get a gen 3 razor 1-10.

I'm comfortable with a 1-4, 1-5, or 1-6 for within 200. The exit pupil on 10x with a 24mm objective lens is 2.4; with 4x, the exit pupil is 6, or with 6x, 4. Hence my interest in the March.

Edit: and 8x and 10x scopes are significantly heavier than 4x and 6x.

If you are after a lighter option the VX5/VX6 has good reviews and is lightweight.

The euro brands kinda own that low power hunting market. Lots of options.
