So what is special about early knights manufacturing company ar15 rifles? We’re they just high end for the time but nothing special about the components until e3 changes? From the research and pics I have seen the older stuff was good but they all look like nothing different from standard ar15 parts. Did they make their own barrels?

Sr25 was a different animal and was obviously different as stoner was actively changing that firearm.

There are a few reasons. Knights started to show the military true capabilities of the AR platform, and most of it was through QC, civilian influenced parts and a Douglas barrel spun by CLE.

It truly was a solid product, timing and connections.
