I'd like a vehicle I comfortably fit in.

My vehicle is well over a quarter million miles.

Some of you call yourselves poors...

75 Triumph Spitfire retired SCCA race car I brought back to the street.
66 Chevy C10 pickup, factory V8, Automatic, power steering, air conditioning. All from the factory. Hanging in the corner of my garage patiently awaiting my time.

The new Cadillac CTV-5 black wing is gunna be sick! But I gotta wait until I’m 70 to get one for the minimum age requirement for cadillacs...😂
More old men drive Corvettes than drive Vs, and I needed four doors to take the kids to swim practice so the SS 1LE was eliminated. 😉

Still working on the heart transplant for the woman's car. Freaking unicorn!! But having something different is better than the cookie cutter dime a dozen.

Got the transmission crossmember fabbed up. The radiator is here. Waiting on the serpentine belt drive and the exhaust manifolds. Plus a couple other bits.
495 ft lbs and 405 hp

Daily driver is a 2010 Toyota Yaris with 312000 on the clock. Still gets 35 MPG which is nice with a 100 mile a day commute. Dream car is a Legacy Customs 1947 Dodge Powerwagon...

As long as you car guys have gathered, I have a question.
Having my car detailed and the guy offers some fancy wax or ceramic. Any experience or advice?

If your going to spend..

Paint correction
Ceramic pro
It’s 2x the “shine” of wax and clear coat
You can use a stronger soap/shampoo because your not worried about removing the wax you just applied. So you can always get it didn to the ceramic coat, no deposits left on top dulling the color.

it will still scratch and chip it not magic but I’ve had the last several cars I had get it done.

if you take care of it and wash it properly the water sheets off, only need to Dry a few places and drips.

last 2 cars I also had PPF “clear bra” material used.

They have some now that heals itself in the bright sun. Swirl marks just about vanish by themselves.

pretty amazing actually.

and the ppf actually protects from chips and Rocks because it is a “wear” part.
it’s made to take the beating and save the car

comes out looking better and brighter than the showroom..and I’m not talking “Toyota Corolla “ paint jobs either.

Just wondering what cars you guys got and what is your dream car? We can all dream can’t we... for me dream car is e92 m3 2013 comp package

No cars! A Ram 3500 6.7 diesel and a Toyota 4 Runner! Dream car...... a late model Shelby GT 500 Mustang! memtb

2003 Roush mustang
2003 Mach 1 mustang race car
2015 F150

I got to be a class host for the super cars at the Amelia Island Concours d’ Elegance last week, and growing up the Ferrari F40 and F50 were the ultimate dream cars. It was awesome to get to see and hear those cars.

I have a 2005 POS Grocery Getter
It starts, it runs, it does what cars do

Once I get kids through college, I might buy a new toy, but still thinking over what sort of toy I want
will keep the grocery getter until it explodes.

When will you be coming back to replace the sod in the park strip and fix the broken sprinkler?
And make sure you paint over the black tire marks on the red fire lane curb.
Oh and by the way...you are an asshole.

My response was to inform the op that there's a thread with hundreds and hundreds of pictures of the Hides Rides. If he would like to view them also.
I don't know any "car guys" that won't post pictures of their rides any chance they can. I bet some of these guys carry copies and pin them up in public bathrooms
Yep. He's a douche.
I wouldn't have a clue as to his hygiene.

Definitely a ride to help in high traffic areas.

No need for flying cars if you can drive over the ones in front of you

Hi,

Traffic from the mall crawler Jeeps are not a problem when you have stripper pole in the ride with Slavic women auditioning for Visa endorsements, lololol

Sincerely,
Theis

Wife has a '13 Lexus ES350 w/ 44K on it, I have a '18 F150 XLT w/ 33K on it. Bought the ES 350 used with 28K in late '18, the F150 I bought new in early '18. The truck is needed for the boat and TT, and to haul range gear around. LOL. I love the looks of the discontinued Chevy SSR but never sat in or drove one, but still like to have one in the garage for those Sunday drives us old farts like to take and annoy the youngsters by driving slow. ;)

I'd like a vehicle I comfortably fit in.
Height or....girth? I’m 6’6” 210lbs, and the Dodge Challenger fit with room to spare. Truly a joy to drive, even long distances without sore knees.

Bigger in both directions lol.

Never sat in one. Only ever had trucks even my 4 door is cramped.
