What kind of results have you guys gotten? I gave up on finding Varget as it sounds like it may be a long time before it’s readily available again. I got ahold of 2 pounds of 4166.

Did you have to change anything? Should I be able to just substitute it or do I need to work up a new load and start over?

It is generally not the best idea to just transfer charge weights used from powder to different powder.
Give the case you are shooting and your powder charge. I will crunch some numbers and supply a suitable reduction to start at.

Lapua .223 brass. 23.5 grn. 75grn Hornady BTHP seated at 1.872.

I know generally it’s not a good idea, but I’ve heard from a few people they are just swapping out and nothings changing other than 50fps at most.

Well 23.35gr of 4166 will put you close to the pressure you are at. 56,853(V), 56,832(4166).
You were given relatively solid advice, LOL 23.5 of 4166 yields 58,047psi. 4K below max
