So, how long of Chauvin's 22 year sentence will be served before he's found dead either by the other inmates or if he offs himself? I say he won't make it a year. This was a huge high profile case and I don't think even the SHU will protect him. The other inmates watched the sentencing on the news so they know exactly how long he's gonna be there. Yeah, I know the appeals is next on the table, but I don't really see the outcome of the sentencing changing.

I'm sure they'll assign him to some sort of "PC"so that he's protected. That is, assuming he actually gets to prison. I don't think he'd ever get to the GP. But first, there is the matter of his appeals. And can he stay out of jail while his case is on appeal? Not sure... We'll have to see.

Probably won’t worry about other inmates. Most high profile cases like him don’t go to gen pop right away. Unless he wants to…that’s on him…

    I don’t know if he’s be a SI watch.

This SHOULD be a shot heard round the world.

    Certainly in America.

The message: "you cannot defend yourself." "We will vilify those who uphold the law." From felons.

Look at those douche lawyers in St Louis.

    Look at young Rittenhouse.

    Look at ourselves.

Shoot or kill a criminal in the act of harming you or family... YOU will be punished, if at all possible. That is the message. Depends LARGELY on where you live at the time.

They are crossing a line and now we will see how that works out for them. Do folks cower from this or do the just tell them to fuck off knowing they are becoming targets of the Communists?

I think we are right at that point where normal people will step up or shrink back.

We just saw it in the video posted elsewhere of the black dude trying to heist a car from his brother. There is no more sitting back in the pocket, IMO. Stand up and be counted. Or take the Commie sock puppet route and talk about the fight with Corn Pop. Time for stories is over. That senile old fuck wouldn't know a fight from his tapioca.

Do or do not. There is no try.

Make a stand. Much more than "us" depends on correcting this bullshit. An opinion.

Do whatever you can to oppose this clear tyranny. In any way. In EVERY way.

It is beyond comprehension now for me. Even Fox says "kneeled on his neck." There is no truth other than what we make it at this point. I'm not playing along.

    Dark, dark days ahead boys.

So many points where it could have gone a different way. Both have lost their lives.

Ive decided against a life of law enforcement or crime because neither one seems to be a path I want to travel.

life is a series of choices.

both of them are got what they deserve.

If he gets a new trial on appeal the entire twin cities area will burn.
    Fuck the Twin Cities IMO.

This shit should appeal to the Supremes.

And if they fuck it up-people should notice.

This is bad as I have seen in 5 decades.

Beyondo world. This is the start of Marxism in full force.

A bitch felon. Doing bitch felon things. A cop who stops him. (The cop didn't kill him-the bitch felon killed himself, clearly)

A bitch felon dying from bitch felon things...

    Blame the cop.

Yeahhhhhhhhh. Not so much for me. Just sayin'.

    I'm in-ante.

First appeal already denied...I thought for sure after Maxine Waters stunt and the Judge's comment at that time he would at least get a new trial - preferably in another county...but given that the divide is increasing ever greater, the panic increasing CRT being called out, and the need to perpetuate the racial divide they have created, the stakes are higher, the corruption being so blatant...I better shut up already

I wonder what his message to the family meant? Something about new information giving them peace of mind. Almost makes you wonder if he plans on offing himself.

To the lawyers here..how many levels have to be gone through ...is there a way to make it "federal" to start that side of appeals at least? I wouldn't be surprised if SCOTUS would refuse to hear it.
He would have to show that his Constitutional rights were violated. After he exhaust his way through the state courts he can appeal to a federal court.

George Floyd is a hero, Derek Chauvin is a felon and Kim K clogging a toilet outranked the story about Johnny Hurley on my news feed this morning.
Living off grid gets more and more attractive….

Let me fix it for you.
George Floyd is a dumpster rat that is finally dead and humanity is better off allthough the hero that flushed the turd is being prosecuted is going to prison we should take it upon our selves to execute all of these waste of space rejects since the cops have steped back and givin us a green light because they are chicken shits and refuse to do what needs to be done.
Thats pretty much all the cops have ever been is a buffer between the criminals and true justice.

    I was being facetious.

Chauvin should have walked, Kim K should be a pariah and Floyd’s mother should be condemned for raising a menace to society… not handed some $30 million.

    Welcome to the twilight zone.

Chauvin is a sacrifice to the left, simple and clear. Being a former PO and the high profile case, he'll never see general population. He'll be in administrative segregated housing, for the duration, unless they want to have him killed. I would not put it past them.

We had a system that worked fairly well. There were punishments for crime and they were enforced adequately. Along the way the system became perverted by liberal/progressive/communists. The criminals are no longer being delt with properly and they are being set loose on society.
Until society is shown where the breakdown in the system is. It won't be fixed. The breakdown is on the legal and political side of law enforcement. When do the people say they have had enough and fire the DA's and politicians that don't do the will of the people?
As for chauvin? His dumb ass smug look while holding down a rat, that should have been exterminated years ago, is what put him in jail. The jury, made up of the indoctrinated and ignorant, took out their rage. I'd wager that if they were asked why they voted for conviction maybe one would say " because of the evidence". He was part of a fucked up system and there's a reason it's fucked up. The kenyan used the term "broken" to push an agenda. Wait till they show their plan to fix this "broken" system.

I hope so. I'm in the minority here. Former LEO, and thought his actions were excessive given the circumstances. Do I agree with the verdict and glorification of Floyd, hell no. He was a contributing factor at that moment, not to say that Floyd wouldn't have ended his life another way the next day.
