Yeah those are nice too but I have a buddy who is looking and he's not wanting to drop that kind of cash on one. I still have my old crye one and a new ShellBack and a light weight AR500 one for slick, but I liked those carriers that guy had, and thought they might could be gotten at a good price.
Yours are great set ups, and if it were for myself I'd be looking hard at em. My buddy just wants something decent for as little as he can spend and I dont think he wants mag pouches and stuff with it. That's a nice set up though for someone who is looking for a good one. Like getting free pouches and gear for buying a carrier. I love my ShellBack but the WAS carriers are what a few of my buddies run and they are good pieces for sureThanks @velcroflyer for the tag.

I use my black one for workouts and it’s holding together very well. Is it a Crye, Spiritus, or Ferro Concepts? Nope. Will it work perfectly fine for light to moderate use? Yep.

I bet @LAR Dragoon would have what you are looking for or at least know where to get one from as he sells a ton of military surplus gear.
I think my buddy is just looking for an inexpensive carrier to have more so than surplus type stuff. I did just get a optic bag from him though, haven't received it yet but dude has some nice stuff.
Just don’t buy their duty boots. Mine disintegrated after 4 months of light use.
