Hey guys - new to the Dillon 750 - only been ramping up my reloading experience with 6.5 Creedmoor.

I've been using my autotrickler - but now I want to add in the powder dropper to try and just expedite practice ammo. Set up the Powder measure/dropper and it seems to rub oddly - is this normal for some reason - or an adjustment I am missing? Could I just dremel it off a bit??

Also - if you have any tip for making the dropper more accurate please let me know. Thanks.

First off....polish all the internals. I polished mine almost to a mirror finish including the powder bar. Really helps with ball powders.

Second... Ditch that stupid safety return bar and just loop a couple rubber bands around the base of the dropper and the powder bar.

Third with stick powder I think I could only ever get it to be plus or minus a .10 grain which for me was a no go ymmv. Ball powder you can get withing +-.05 pretty consistently

Spring or rubber band placement. You can use this with or without the failsafe mechanism to smooth things out.. stone flat and polish the powder bar and polish the funnel.

I've got both the new and old powder funnel. The new does slightly touch where yours does. I'd say don't Dremel but definitely polish due to the fact that bump appears to act as a safety block. I can't say which one works better. I've used the springs for years and never had any issues.
