Is there a burr or something in my chamber. 6dasher. A team muller barrel. Impact action.
Never noticed it till today. Exact same scratch on every single case.

Probably the bolt dragging on the top round in the Mag. Chamber a round and drop the mag to confirm the one on top is scratched.
 
Spife got it. You can see by the skips on the shoulder it's bouncing along the little ridges left by the reamer which get imprinted on the brass during firing... so whatever it is, is happening after firing, and the plunger ejector is going to force the case up and right as soon as it clears the breach. Most likely the top right corner of the internal lug abutment on the receiver if I had to guess. Being short little BR-based cartridges just exacerbates it, giving them (angular) room to move after clearing the chamber.
 
Check the ejection port window for burrs or sharp edges. Also, run the bolt real slow and see what the cartridge hits as soon as it's free of the chamber.
