I have a pair that live on the back of my property. They had a youngin this year, and he has taken up residence over watching my chickens in the back yard. I feel it will end bad when he is a big enough to carry one away.
Grandfather was an iron worker and rigger in NYC in the 1930's and 40's and worked on many bridges and high rise buildings. Died from injuries from an accident at the Brooklyn Naval Yard during WWII. Still have his union card and pass for the Naval Yard as well as his pig and other tools. His brothers and cousins were either in the trades or FDNY which were pretty much controlled by the Irish at that time.

No way I’d ever get up on steel like that, although I was a Firefighter in Oxnard, Calif. Those NY guys are something.
