Mws mars h lower stag upper compatibility

Googling around says this should work.... Anyone actually done put these together for sure? I got a mars h lower looking to build a lightweight upper to swap around from time to time.

If you believe LMT the answer is maybe, maybe not.

I have not tried, but Wilson Combat and V7 both also look like options but again I am not 100% sure.

Is stag a DPMS or an armalite platform? LMT is armalite pattern so DPMS will not be compatible.

ETA: looks like the stag is armalite so it should work with the LMT lower.

I emailed V7 about compatibility back when I was pondering a large frame build. Did my research on the Stag & it will work too. Ultimately never pulled the trigger.

Well for the sake of science I ordered a stag upper..... Will post back what I find out

Okay so right off the bat, the upper mates to the lower snugly. Rear pin went in tight, front hole on the upper was way small. Rear measured .29ish front was .274 ish. Gently reamed out the front pin hole by hand with a 9/32 drill bit and boom she fits nice and snug no play.

Charges fine doesn't hang up at all. Hopefully will have a barrel soon to test it.

Rear fit has a small gap hard to get in the pics
