Like the title says, like the SR, but at almost 6 oz, the 1/2" SR brake makes the weight savings of the titanium Dominus useless on an AR.

You can get the CB version and use a CB NTB. The sum of the weight savings on both parts (can and brake) on a 1/2-28 muzzle would be 5.7 oz.
As far as lighter SR mounts, it is something I am interested in too, but it becomes a problem if it undermines the suppressor rate of fire rating.
The difference between the 1/2-28 and 3/4-28 version is about an ounce and a half.

Is there a way
Is there a way to make a lighter weight version by removing that extra steel? Also can you make a light weight one for semi auto fire only. I know myself and others like the safety aspect of the SR, but do not need it full auto rated.
Like I said earlier, it would be simple to machine all that off in front.
I kicked some ideas around with engineering today. Something better than that might be possible. We'll have to discuss it more and proof it out. No promises.

I think the front part directs blast and save wear/tear on the baffles. Look at the brake after the socom torture test. But there are other areas to machine.
