Spotters Who makes this balance plate?

I researched but couldn’t come up with an answer. It’s for a Gold Ring Spotter. I know RRS makes the Dovetail mount in the middle and I’m looking for the balance plate manufacturer. Does anyone know who makes this balance plate?

From what I see that mount is a Leupold product.
If you go to Leupold and look at the Mk4 and the GR spotters you'll see that mount only comes on the 20x60x80 models that I can tell.
You might call Leupold and see if they can be adapted to other models.
