JP mkIII Handguard Weight Kits

I am trying to get my JP setup for PRS Gas Gun next year, definitely would like to add some weights for balance.

Is there anyone making weights for the Mkiii rail that isn’t JP? And that are not $50 for a set?

I did grind the spacer things down on some MDT weights and they will work but seeking a cleaner solution.

No, but they are pretty straight forward, 1/4-20, 1" on center . I just had my buddy machine some for me. If you order them from JP, the lead time is about 1-2 months. Proprietary is kinda lame, but it helps to have a machinist buddy looking for some side cash .

The cool thing about it, is I picked the weight, so it's solid steel 2.25lbs each side 5" long. He even radiuses the edges. When I get home next weekend I can send you a picture. Im out state at work.
