Adjustable gas block, Surefire Warcomp, SOLGW NOX.
Adjustable gas block. If your muzzle rise mostly from your BCG and buffer slamming into the rear of the extension tube hard, then the adjustable gas block is the solution. With the adjustable gas block, you can also lower your reciprocating mass (lower buffer weight) which would reduce the subsequent muzzle dip when the BCG returns into battery.
Surefire Warcomp and the Sons of Liberty Gunworks NOX are ported flash hiding compensators and probably considered two of the best compensators. The ports around the 12 o'clock vents gas to push the muzzle down. It does not reduce rearward recoil.
If your muzzle rise is due to the recoil pushing you backwards and "breaking" your stance/pushing you out of your firing position - you'll want a muzzle brake. Tons of muzzle brakes out there and the cheapest of which that is very effective is the Strike Industries J-Comp Gen 2 (which also happens to have 2 upward facing ports to reduce climb).
A combination of an adjustable gas block and muzzle brake or compensator will give you the flattest shooting rifle. You can even further fine tune it with handloaded ammo to tune ammo impulse.
