They are not, it's fake. The recent congress critters all getting sick after being triple jabbed is part of the scam. First, I really doubt they have been jabbed at all.
Then faking getting sick is because they have to double down on a narrative. People are starting to wake up and question the efficacy of the death jabs so they have to have high profile people get sick then all proclaim, "I'm lucky to be alive because I took the deathjab".
They didn't take a jab, they didn't test, they are not sick. It's going to be difficult to advance their plans if they don't get all the peasants death jabbed so they are getting desperate. It's all theater.
The only thing Scott Brown did in the Senate after throwing a wrench in OCare was to draft an insider trading law that in the heat of the Tea Party moment passed.

IMO this case is THE case of Republic. Should they rule in favor of forced vaccines, then we are no different than the USSR, Nazi Germany, China, etc. Liberty will have completely died. This decision could be IT! We have rogue justices from every layer of the federal court system. My lady had Covid and had to get the vaccine for work, which I hated. She has had some things happen and a few days ago had to go in for some testing for some stuff I'm not at liberty to talk about. I prey it's not related to the bullshit, but if it is, and something awful happens to her. It's gonna be a bad day.

He would know, because he had been trying to do it for about a decade already by then (October, 2019), trying to develop an mRNA based vaccine for HIV.
